- Growth of silicon mono-crystals by Czochralsky method;

- Ionic implantation technologies used in semiconductor components and devices;

- Dielectric properties of liquid crystals (0.01Hz-20MHz);

- Temperature influence on the electric proprieties of dielectric materials at high frequency ( 1MHz - 3GHz).
